Coen Ashton is a 13 year old boy with Cystic Fibrosis and insulin dependant Diabetes.
He has decided to Jet Ski the length of the Murray River to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation.
As part of his campaign he has been challenged to sign 1000 new names to The Australian Organ Donor Register.
Joining Coen on his ride for life is his support crew who are his mother, Dawn, father, Mark and his 5year year old brother Kai.
The support crew will follow and monitor Coen in a Sunshine Pontoon boat.
Murray CODD is about raising the issue of organ and tissue donation and through raising public awareness and education, help Australians to make an educated decision as to whether they will donate their organs after they have passed away.
All Australians are encouraged to sign on to the Australian Organ Donor Register, which gives people the ability to record their decision as to whether they would or would not like to donate their organs
